Facial reflexology is a deeply relaxing treatment that treats the body holistically, stimulating the nerves of the face that run directly to the brain. Balancing the body and calming the mind. Including stimulation of the muscles and nerves for a natural face lift.
I use organic Rosehip, Marula oil, Jojoba, Evening primrose and many more.
Foot Reflexology
Duration: 60 mins | Price $100
Foot reflexology is based on the theory that you organs, systems and glands are reflected on your feet. Working through the nervous system I will stimulate the nerve endings and massage the joints and muscles of the feet to help bring balance to your overall health and wellbeing! You will be floating out of the chair and most clients sleep soundly that night.

Combination Reflexology

A combination of facial and foot reflexology or hand and foot reflexology. Or all three (omg!!)
What to expect on your first treatment
A detailed health history is always taken on your first appointment to assess your current and past health issues. I have a specially designed reclining chair, for your comfort. It is advisable not to wear tight trousers as some leg work can be part of your treatment and if you are having facial reflexology minimal make up to avoid smudges on departure! You will only need to take your socks off, lie on your back and taking some deep breaths you can now relax!
I will then give a comprehensive treatment documenting what I find in order to put together a unique treatment plan for your next visit.
Five treatments are recommended to address any health issue followed by on-going maintenance and one treatment a month for health and balance! However, a one off treatment to get the circulation and blood flowing including pure relaxation is definitely worth it!
